Pontiac Grand Prix Forums : Grandprix

I have a 92 grandprix and it was running fine. I was driving it off and on during the winter! One day i went out to start it to go put more gas in and it just turnes over ,it won't fire up ! what could it be? Also you know when you turn the key on you hear a humming sound coming from tank!I don't hear that.
