Default 2005 Grand Prix heater inlet hose?

Hey everyone I'm new to the forum and have a question about my wifes 2005 grand prix. First off to get everyone caught up, I have already replaced the resistor for the blower motor...that worked for a week then it stopped, I replaced the blower motor last night and It worked like a charm! Today I bought a thermostat and some Prestone anti-freeze (green stuff) along with a flush kit. I have not tackled it because I do not know which hose is the heater inlet hose (forgive my ignorance)I see the hoses coming out of the firewall but not sure which one to cut .Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
X

Default Re: 2005 Grand Prix heater fan

my girlfriend is having trouble with her heater fan. I replaced the resister but not the fan. the resister works for a couple of hours but thats it. anyone know for sure If it's the fan? or you think it's the wiring.

I think the top hoses usually go to the engine and the bottom go to the radiator or heater core. Feel both hoses and the hotter hose is to the radiator the colder one is to the engine.
