i'm just trying to power up my back alpine type R 6x9. you think this would be good amp for it? my zip is 60630. if you still have it by friday i might take it.

In my opinion, I think it would be great for a pair of 6x9's. It has no built in crossover so it is perfect for a set of full range speakers.
