Thanks. Figured i'd hear more feedback. Oh well, surely this will help someone out there either being ready to do the job or know what there getting themselves into.

How much deeper into the engine bay does the radiator go? Will it push the fans too close to a set of headers?

It'll push the fans a little bit more into the engine bay... approx 3/8" i'd guys. I have TOGs and there are no major clearance issues for me. The radiator didn't move the fans that much closer, but it is closer. I doubt you should have a problem with any headers I would think. Do some measuring, surely you have over a 1/2" space as is...
