Default Radiator Hose Diameter

What's the stock radiator hose diameter for a 2003 Grand Prix. Want to install my autometer temp guage but I need a hose adapter for it.

Sorry for the question but I'm at work and thought I'd order it while I'm here.

Either 1.25 or 1.5. Not sure off hand. But I am going to say at least 1.5".

I want to say its 1.25". I can go measure one since I have them off the car if no one else comes up with a definitive answer.

why put the temp probe in the hose, it's probably the least accurate isn't it?

Have the probe and meter but there wasn't a great place to install without tapping into the block. Asked around at ClubGP to see what others have done but no one ever gave me an answer. Even asked where I should tap the probe at but no one really uses the temp meter. Emailed AutoMeter and basically they said that they make the parts, it's up to me to put it where I want it.
