could be you need to replace the fluid in your system, #2 you need new lines to the calipers, #3 the pads might be cocked and wearing dionagly(?).
I am leaning towards #1 with the hard to stop after they warm up, this happened to me once on one of my race cars and drove me nuts trying to figure it out. the brake fluid had exceded the temp adn was old. it just stoped working. my solution was drain all the fluid adn start over.

get your roters turned. make sure to bleed the system well, check connections to the ss lines. and break in the pads correctly and your problems should go away. and the wobble gets worse with the increase in temp due to the fact that the metal expands.that honestly sounds like your rotors are warped...drive thru a lot of puddles?

i fixed it all today...i really didnt think it was rotors.I mean i know metal expands when it gets hot...but when brakes were cold , they didnt wobble AT ALL.Id get down the rd and it would get realllllllly bad to the point of not being able to stop safely.Ceramic pads...got rotors turned and bled brake lines...problem solved.

get a torque wrench. tight as possible is not 100 ft lbs now you have uneven stress all over the rotor.
