1.7 all the way around is what i keep reading. Thrasher has them an so do a few other places if you google it. 3800 Suspension Components - Lowering Springs, 6cyl, Sway Bar Kit, Strut Tower Bar - Pontiac Grand Prix GTP, Chevy Monte Carlo / Impala SS, Buick Regal GS - Thrasher Engineered Performance.

these springs are going to slam your car. eibach is a 1.3" drop and in reality its more like 2-2.5". intrax will make it 3" in some cases. its really suspension dependent and wheel sizes, but they are THE lowest spring you can buy. i wish i could run them, but i refuse to in a DD because they are going to ride like hell.

So drop levels tend to be a little more extreme than they say? An im currently running stock wheels so with a 3 inch drop i would prob scrape on every little thing am i right?

I knew someone that had the Intrax springs. Very low and it looked great, but he did not like the ride at all. I think just about any springs are going to end up settling past what they are rated. Mine are Springtechs 1.8" and I am literally in the weeds to the point I am usually the lowest car in most group photos of any kind, however, the ride is not uncomfortable. It's not cushy like stock, but not jarring either. It's one of those cases of you can't have your cake and eat it too. If you lower the car, you are going to sacrifice ride quality to some degree. I'm second from the right and due to a tire size change since that picture, I am another 1/4" lower now. ![]() Last edited by Abrasive; 09-28-2008 at 08:52 PM..

Looks nice thats about where i want to be if not a bit lower. An yea im aware of the ride quality change but im prepared for that im used to a lowered feel already from riding in all my friends hondas an such lol so the lowered feel is far from new to me. I personally like the feel of a stiffer suspension and the look of a lowered car so im kinda looking for the feel as well as the looks so hopefully with the intraxor sprints an probably agx struts i will be able to achieve that. How bad was camber after your 1.8 drop and how big a wheels an tires are you sitting on in that picture?

springs on stock struts or stock replacement struts make for a bad ride. you need some struts meant for lowering like kyb axg. i would love to have some nice struts, but i have a replacement set of kyb gr2. the ride is a little rough and im thinking about getting some springs and struts to raise the car a little.
