| Thought I would share....had a last minute brain fart, If in doubt if its steel or aluminum, do the "magnet test"; If its steel, the magnet will stick. If its aluminum it will not. You can also do the "spark test" if you choose to. That being, if its steel, it will spark when you take a grinder to it, and it will not spark if its aluminum. ~F~ |

Chrome plating weakens metal. Not a good idea for brake parts IMO. But I do agree on the braided lines, thats almost a must on these brakes. Firms them right back up to what stock calipers feel like with stock rubber lines. ~F~ |
