I wish you were closer to me, I have one or two spares here.

Ive been scarfing them up where I can and when I have the money just to have as spares for such situations.

Well that is entirely up to you. I would normally make the trip instead, but Ive been laid up at home for the last three days with a cold of some kind and Im just now getting to where I can stay up for any length of time.

I had planned on going to Harbor Freight today to pick up some tools and as soon as I got up this morning I knew that was going to be a no go.

Gas aint cheap, but if you want to drive, thats fine. Or, if it would be closer and easier, you could come out to Owasso on Monday (Technically North Tulsa) to the Cherokee Industrial Park. I work out there and I could bring the spare MAF with me (if I dont forget, might have to pm me to remind me to throw it in the Isuzu).

Whichever would be easier for you. As it stands right now, Im planning on being at work Monday. I could also bring my laptop if I have it all set up by then. That way I could hook up the scanner and see if we can find anything. But I cant promise that at the moment. Ive been in the process of setting up Linux on my laptop and I dont quite have the Windows partition done yet. But Im hoping to by then if I can stay out of bed long enough to get it all done.

So anyway, I know there's a lot of variables in there, but if we can work something out Id be glad to help out if I can.

Oh, thought I would add, I dont have the security torx bit to take out the screws for the MAF. I did, but I donated them to another member so he could work on his. So if you dont have the tool to get those bits out, let me know and I'll see if I can find another set locally.

6929 North Lakewood Ave. If you are familiar with the area, do you know where the police training center is out there? Im just down the street from it. Or if you know where the Whirlpool plant is, you shouldnt have any trouble finding me. PM me and I can send you my cell phone number so you can call. Just remember, I do not have the torx bit to remove the screws that hold in the MAF. So if you have that, bring it with you.

I need to add, that my MAF sensor is for the 99-03 model years just in case your GS is an older model.
