Just wondering if anyone else from the area would like to get together some time and hit up a track or dyno. I need to dyno and i want to go to the track. Just wondering if we could get some people together and hit it up some saturday/sunday.

My parents live in VB, so if I had enough notice, and the time worked out, I could come down. I don't want to promise anything, but just saying I might be up for it.

John where are you located at? We have two clubs in south east part of the state, Greater Richmond club and the south eastern club. Several of us try and get up and go to the track all the time. I took my tranny out at the track two weekends ago trying for 11's and we are rebuilding it this weekend. I think several of us are trying to go to the track next friday 4/4/08.

We will be going to Virginia Motor Sports park on that friday. We also run at richmond dragway. Both are 1/4 tracks. Let me know if you would like to come out with us.

Man I'd love to get into that scene with you guys. I don't have anything impressive but it would be a lot of fun just to see where my car starts on the quarter mile. I am stationed out of Norfolk/hampton. But the for the next three weeks i am stuck down in south eastern Georgia. I hate it down here. but yeah man send me some links to the car clubs that you know of in that area. I'd love to get started with some of you guys.

Hey Im headed to Richmond Dragway tomorrow night for some racing. Also we got Pontiacs in the park coming up in last part of May if you want to come out

I wish I had known about Pontiacs in the Park sooner. I am going to be camping that weekend. I would have loved to come to the event. Maybe if it is on again next year I will attend.

Darn it I think im going to miss Pontiacs in the Park. I got to go home and go to a stupid wedding.. At least its mine I guess...

Im hoping to make it out and run. I replaced my tranny several weeks ago and only have about 50 miles on it. I plan on taking to VA beach this weekend to put more mile on it before next weekend. It looks like I will be only one running out of us local folks

I would run...if you guys will agree to rebuild my transmission and engine after all is said and done. One or the other or both would surely be destroyed!
