Sorry, I'm going to try to word that a little different!

The background covers the entire emblem.
The foreground covers just the red portion.

So if you want to JUST cover that red area and leave the rest of the emblem alone, you would want: foreground only. Foreground color: black.

I hope this helps.

I just want to say that I contacted Reflective Concepts to make me some valve cover overlays. They were more than happy to do it, they just needed some covers to get measurements. I shipped mine in for them to use. In return i got my valve covers back with some overlays and a few extras I weasled out of them(not really). They will go out of their way to satisfy the customer and the dome overlays look awesome.

Now i'm just waiting for the dome overlay for my oil cap.

Upon installing these, reflective concepts offered to ship me more overlays if I messed up install. I chose not to use the two outer sections because I thought it would be too busy, upon telling reflective concepts that they immediately offered to send me another color for those parts if I wanted.

Just a great company period!

Just a question, the valve cover overlays, do they fit all GM 3800 valve covers, cause I thought there were slight differences gt - gtp and SII - SIII

Sorry, there is a difference between the GT and GTP due to injector placement.

There is no difference between the Series II and III though.

These are for the L67 & L32.

I wanna also contact you with an idea that I know you will like, and can make and sell pretty easily. I have been wanting to do it for many-many years but cant remember if I ever contacted you about it or not.

I'll drop you an email some time soon.

I think if you only use the inner stripes of the overlay they will work on a GT. You can't use the outer portion because the GT's injectors are not in the way of the valve cover changing the shape of the covers.
