you also need to either cut off the EGR tube from the LIM or you need to bore out the L26 hole so that it fits. the EGR tubes are different sizes from L26 to L36.

hmmm interesting. wonder how the dealers rectify this... as reptile says the LIM p/n is the same between either L26 or L36

I don't see that happening. The throttle bodies won't line up, and you would have to change over a hell of a lot of stuff to retro fit.

Also, I just checked the numbers for the EGR tube, and the part numbers ARE the same from certain 95 engines all the way to current.
