hmmm interesting. wonder how the dealers rectify this... as reptile says the LIM p/n is the same between either L26 or L36

i wonder if the L36 UIM has been superceeded by the L26 UIM, and if you replace one, you have to replace both from the dealer?

I don't see that happening. The throttle bodies won't line up, and you would have to change over a hell of a lot of stuff to retro fit.

Also, I just checked the numbers for the EGR tube, and the part numbers ARE the same from certain 95 engines all the way to current.
