They snap on with lips on em. They are in great cond. They have never fallen off my car on the highway or anywhere else for that matter. No issues. They're pretty much brand new...Do you want them?

Yes i could def tell a dif. with the enhancer on. When your around 3/4 throttle you can tell a performance boost. I was shocked when i first got on it. And yes still for sale!

Yes the rims do come mounted with tires. They are all ready to be used. They come with Hankook Ventus HRII performance tires and locking lug nuts with key.
