Yes it is 3 inch and tapers to 2.5 at the very end to bolt to stock cat back.No it does not come with the gaskets would will have to buy them separatley.This a a TOG downpipe just a reminder.I am selling because i was keeping it a a spare and have a catless on on my car right now.
