Should fit any 97-00 w-body with a metal fuel tank. for 97s you can leave the sensor on the assembly but not use it (unplugged). Also comes with a pigtail. This will fit on L67 but i don't recommend it for that application. Paid over $280 asking $200 + shipping OBO
