Who is the manufacture of the front bumper? I need one, but I'm pretty picky. Does it have the indentation for the arrowhead?

Made by Autolign. No, it doesn't have the indentation for arrowhead. What you could do is after you prime and paint it, get whatever color arrowhead decal from somewhere like pfyc.com. Stick it on and then spray your clearcoat over it.
