Oh yeah, slaming of doors makes me come unglued, it really pisses me off. Lucky it hasn't happened often, friends and family know better...

lol yeah it pisses me off alot like my gf i swear to god FU*Kn stop slamming my doors lol.... i am a very very mellow person and i dont care about to much but when that lady backed into me i FLIPPED sorta like when people slam my doors haha.

YESSSS!!! that pi$$es me off even more. When I use to live in NY I had somene write WASH ME in the road dirt/salt spray on my truck. I was gonna beat the hell out of him and they were saying whats the big deal. After I washed the truck and showed them how ther stupid ha ha writing was scratched in the clear coat they were like OH I didnt know. he was lucky I didnt buff the truck with his face!
I hate when people say "Oh your that guy" I care about my vehicles and spend time keeping them nice. Just because you dont doesnt mean you can touch my car. I reply "yeah well if it werent for being "one of THOSE guys" you wouldnt have anything to gawk at and dream of owning at car shows jacka$$!"

my wife slams the door on my car, i dunno why she wasnt around when i had the G body....now that door was heavy

i hate people that have ****ty cars then they ride in my car. they have no respect for my **** what so ever. getting there dirty feet all over the place, leaving trash. sometimes climbing on my car!!! this aint your ****ty 240 that falls apart going down the road dude, watch the **** out! plus it aint your ****. have a little respect. some people actually have to pay for there ****. aghhh i hate young punks..

Yup, same here.

When ever I am in any one else's car, I always shut it gentle to get the feel for their doors. Sometimes it shuts, sometimes it doesn't, better to retry a little harder, than doing it too hard the first time. To others defense...sometimes they just get used to their car doors, either the weight of them, or how much force it takes to get them closed.

So if anybody new rides in my car, I tell them they don't have to shut the door hard before they can. It works for me.

That's the excuse usually given. I guess my S-10, my Silverado, and now my Impala have some of the lightest and easiest to close doors ever.

I'm probably going to start that.

Making you think twice before picking on Impalas

Im kinda use to my camaro and so you have to put a little force behind shutting the door. I did it the first time when i got my gtp and damm near broke into tears.

Most of the people i know dont really slam my doors, but i did have someone do the butt bump. That annoys me to no end. How busy do you have to be to use your ass to shut a door.

I have a friend that does that to the hood of his car. Sits on it to close it. It's not a GP, just a honda, but wonders why he has a dent in the hood.
