[rant]

to wash your car?

We had a break in the weather over the weekend, so I cleaned up the Great White Beast. I don't mind doing it. In fact, I do it primarily to tick the neighbors off.

But what I do mind is EVERY time I clean the car I find more stuff to fix. This weekend's session caused me to find a missing center cap, a broken lens cover on a fog light, more scratches and dings than I care to confess to.

This is why they make heart medicine.

I hate that too. I don't find stuff wrong that often, but normally when I do it's when I'm washing my car.

Why would that tick your neighbors off?

I wash my car and a couple of neighbors cars and from that it has developed into a side business when the weather permits.

It annoys me too. More rock chips and scratches on a black car when they go all the way down to the white primer.

More than that, this year is the repeated need for salting the roads. Now they have something new I've not heard of until recently...BRINING...so lets go out and put a brine solution pre treatment on the road first.

Yeah I heard that term the first time I moved here. BRINING. So much for a southern car never seeing salt.

Apparently, some of them have never seen a white chick do stuff for herself. I find they have nothing better to do than stare while I'm working, while their own cars cry out in pain.

Hell yea it does when it rains here in florida. Sometimes we don't get rain for weeks and all the dirt builds up on the roads and its like you've drove through a snow storm. Or your near an area were there clearing for new houses and there burnning the trees. It sucks
