Ok i don't get this.

My passenger side floor is always wet.
1) Cant be ac related. Ac fuse is pulled for winter times so compressor does not always run.

2) Rain, dont think so has not rained in a while. If it is not coming from door seal because it is only the bottom part of the carpet.

Im lost?

Hmmm, hasn't rained in a while but how about snow, I know you're in OK but I have to ask? Hs is been a while since you felt the floor?

Most of the time it's because of some weatherstripping under the cowl where the cabin filter goes or the A/C drain elbow, but you said you have that disabled.

Have a look at this.

Even if it hasn't rained in a while, you may just not have noticed or it can even soak it just with a car wash.

Ok so i took the cowl off. and half the seal was just hanging there so but it back up now to see what happens. Starting to drizzle out so well see how wet the floor gets.

your going to need to seal the strip to the cowl to have it not happen again. I usally use ultra black permatex silicon and apply it to the cowl edge, then after it's in place put a thin bead and spread it along the cowl to seal edge. You could also order a new seal from the dealer too...either way you do it make sure to replace the cabin filter too. (They like to grow mold on them after getting wet a few times)

we used to build up bad seals with 3m weatherstrip adhesive with a piece of wax paper over it, close the hood, and let dry
