| GTX Level Member | Ok, so which PN is it? I see several different numbers in the post, what is it? I need to do this mod next. I figured if I couldn't find the proper rad, i'd just buy one from WBS... The one PRJ posted... if you buy that one you'll get 1" CORE, a couple people had that happen on CGP...

| GTX Level Member | Hey Vinnie, Have you gotten this radiator recently? The price is great, and I want one, I just don't want to end up like many and get a 1" rad. Will this bolt up to a 1999? Or do I need the adapters? Thanks

| SE Level Member | Just go to any parts store and ask for a radiator for a '98 Monte w/ 3.8. It's 1 3/8" thick and it's what I'm running. With my discount at AutoZone, I picked mine up for $200 otd and a lifetime warranty. Plus, they stock it in the store. FWIW, my car never goes above 190* on the temp gauge, it's amazing at keeping the engine running cool. |
