This is a discussion on Proper gap for plugs within the 3.8L V6 Supercharged (L67)(L32) forums, part of the Engine category; I'm going to get some AL 104's and i'm just wondering what the proper gap for these are....

| It really depends on what mods you have but you should be fine with a .055 gap.

| i've got a zzp pcm, thrasher intake, 3.6" pulley, 3" DP and 3" cat-back, and 180* therm

| Stock gap .065 I think. The bigger the gap without getting blow out the better.

| I used to run AL104s @ .054 gap when my car was more mild years ago. I now run AL103R at .050 with a bunch more work. On my Black GTP I run AL104s @ .054 , works well....

| Yes, all GM V6's in the Grand Prix...3.1, 3.8, and 3.8 S/C are all .060" Stock. I run .050" right now on my AL103's...

| hmm i dont know why i got the random cylinder missfire, i use auto lite 104's and i gapped them at .055
