Default Convert to alcohol

Anyone know what it would take to convert these engines to run on alcohol (I mean moonshine not e85) I live where there are a few good ol boys with home brews that sell it cheap (couple bucks for 5 gallons) I know how to do an old carb engine and it runs great, but not sure with injection and a supercharger what all needs to be upgraded

e85 supposedly isn't as harsh on the seals as alcohol (we don't get any around here though)
