Use only Autolite 104 copper plugs.

Anything else to lower some knock would be getting a better intake, opening up your exhaust, and of-course larger things such as a intercooler and a cam.

Thanks. I have a FWI, and SLP cat back. My car is also N/A so not sure what an intercooler would do? Cam would be nice just not sure which one?

Depends on the mods you have.
104 are good for 3.4 and other mods.
104s on a non modded car can hurt mpg and will foul out early

Hmmm... yeah did'nt pay attention to you being N/A so a intercooler is a no go on that one.

A aftermarket 'box tune' PCM will certianly help with knock and a lot of other small things as well. Certainly a must have if your even thinking about trying to do any kind of mods to your car, small or not.
