Depends on where you get the parts and if you actually top swap or use a SS M90 kit. I got most of my top swap parts for $450 before shipping (and that means a M90 with a new coupler and new needle bearings). All that's left is a LIM (cheap), TB (also pretty cheap), and then pulleys. Then add in gaskets and fluids and I could do it for under $1k easy. But... I'm doing a lot of extra work before the parts go on.

yea i was wondering how much for a top swap then the mods to get you into the 13's if it would still be cheaper than the turbo kit. i would asume so tho.

Shoot, a whole L67 to rob parts off of would be cheaper than a whole turbo setup....but I think that's like comparing apples to oranges. After finally getting to see a turbo setup (TurboKent) I was pretty impressed with the setup. Aside from the cumbersome cramped engine bay, I'd love to see one near me.

I was thinking of swapping to a turbo setup just recently....I'm gunna see how far i can push that gen 3 though.

I think the s/c setups look nicer also. But thats just me.
