Did you try to disconnect the MAF sensor?

well i would but i cant cause as soon as i hit the gas in gear it dies automatically

Even with the MAF unplugged, as well as plugged it?

Does the car idle when in gear? And then just dies when you try to move?

yea i tried to drive it both ways. ya sometimes it idles in gear but if it does as soon as i try to move it shuts off

It sounds like you may have a vacuum leak. Can you hear air leaking anywhere in the engine bay?

no i tried listening to it but the pcv is so damn loud. but i dont think so

If the only thing you did was change the IAC, and now it doesn't run right...with the symptoms you described, I am thinking vacuum leak. Try taking the IAC out, making sure the o-ring is still on it, making sure the IAC hole is clean, lubing up the o-ring with some light grease or Vasoline, and reinstalling it.
