Default LS9 Corevette Engine, Supercharged

I dont know about you, but that is one radical supercharger. Not anything like I have every seen, roots or centrifugal. To say nothing of the fact its intercooled too.

Here are a couple videos of the supposed LS9 equipped Corvette:

Great links to the videos. I dunno about ripping off the supercharger. That thing is 'supposedly' to be in the 650hp range. We'll see though.

I am not trying to sterotype. Espcially not you John. But around here, 9 times out of 10, if you own a Vette, you are older(60+), and they usually leave their cars stock. There are a few guys around here that are quite young(20's) and have a Vette. They are Air Force and they don't know Anything about cars. It's usually just a like brand name to them. I'm surprised thay pump their own gas if you know what I mean.
Looks like John has lots of style though. Nice Hawk!!!(wanna race?)haha

Yeah, I agree w/the mostly older Corvette people (around here, anyway). I think it mostly has to do w/them being the ones who can afford them Also, most of the Vette owners I know are on their third one or fourth or even more. Seems also like the ones that are 'modded' are mid to late 80's models that someone probably picked up pretty cheap, dropped a cam in, & did some exhaust stuff to, and they're the ones you see around here driven by 23 year old kids.

Yeah, the whole supercharger thing has me freaked out. Its all kinds of weird. Goes way beyond unconventional.
