| SE Level Member  | Re: Common Acronyms Just gotta assist here. The letters OBD II refer vehicle 'On Board Diagnostic' system created in the mid 90's for all cars, after the OBD (legacy) fiasco. To read these DTC or Diagnostic Trouble Codes, you need a plug in scan tool or the ability to read teh flashing lights...for 20 buck I will plug in and clear or read you codes. I gotta live eh? mongo |
