I knew you needed that for smaller pully's...I read and asked around, and heard a lot that a 3.4 is as small as I could go and not have issues. Exhaust is half done though, intake is easy, plugs are easy, tune...would you suggest professional, or buy one pre-made from a tuner, or chip?

ehh i really dont know about the tunning. i hear caned tunes work fine but you would get more out of a dyno tune. thats just kinda up to your prefrence. i cant really give you a solid answer on that tho.
