I met a guy with an older hyndai elantra with a can, and was talkin about adding a turbo...thing had dents and cracks...not sure what he was thinking. Seen a guy with an flat green geo metro all tuned up...not fast...but attempted. Hell I bet 15-20 yrs ago no one would imagine people supin up civics and look at em now. If they have the car, and are bored enough they will try to make it fast.
