9005's for lows, 9006 for highs, and 898 for fogs...and if ur still unsure just yank the bulb out and read the number

It's ALL hit or miss. I happen to have the VVME 9007-3 kit, and I like it a LOT better after spending many hours modifying the bulbs to be within 9007 spec. There are others out there who bought more or less expensive kits, and some have had problems, and some have not. My gut feeling is that Japan > China, but who really knows where the kits are made.

Tilting:

Telescopic merely retracts into the housing without tilting. Tilting > telescoptic.

Separate bulbs to replace the current ones with. Just like if you were going to change out the current set of halogens.
