How do you get the moister out of the head lights with out pulling the lens's off. I dont know if this is possible but i am getting quiet a bit of moister in them now and they look like crap. So if you could help it would be very cool.

I dont know how else you would get it out other than to pull the bulbs out and let it air dry. That said, the fact you are getting moisture in there tells me there is other issues with the capsule. I would venture to say that it has either cracked or the seal from the clear plastic covering to the black housing is going bad.

Last year I bought new JDM headlights and nticed when I was washing the car the drivers side would fog up bad. Looked horrible. I pulled the bulb out and used my air compressor and blew lightly inside to get the moisture to evaporate. I couldnt get all of it to exit so I parked it in the hot sun and let it sit leaving the bulb out. After a few hours it looked completely dry. I made sure the rubber seal was clean and put the bulb back in. No issues since. Maybe I got lucky. All I know is the foggy look irritating.

you could bake them, but you said you didn't want to do that. i would just take the bulb out and then re seal them with clear sealer.

Re seal what the capsile or the bulb. What do you do to bake them anyways. I am looking for any suggestions. I am willing to pull the whole assembly if need be. I cant stand the look of the moister.

take the headlight capsule out of the car, and take inside where it's warm, so the moisture can dry out. if after drying, you see water marks, etc you will have to split the parts in half to get that clean. if they dry without water spots/marks, then you can use some silicone sealant around the joint of the two pieces to seal it up.

I dried mine out using my wifes hair dryer. I held the hair dryer on the hole for the headlight and moved the capsule around as to spread out the water and make it thinner so it would dry easier. When the water beads became thinner I shook the capsule vigoriously and continued to dry resulting in not a single water mark.

The moisture is due to a crack in the headlight seal...There is no immediate cure...My lens had fallen onto the garage floor...I reattached it with a glass sealant, which did not last too long before it had fallen off again on, while traveling on I75...I went to the dealer and $75 later, I had a new headlight and no more moisture problems.
