those of you that bought or work at a body shop step in please. there's someone who is selling a brand new bumper cover for the 97-03 gt & gtp he's asking $100 for it. just wanting to ask you guys does the price sound right?

is it the ebay one, aftermarket ones dont have the cutout for the pontiac badge, just something to consider.

yeah i'm aware of that about the arrow head. the sale is local. i emailed him asking him if the arrow cutout is there.

there really is no advantage to buying a new bumper as apposed to a used one

I just paid $139.95 for a new GM one. Shipping was like $85.95. The bodyshop who does all my work quoted me around $300 for a GM thru them. He mentioned the one I got could of been a blem for that price, he looked it over and couldn't see anything the matter with it.

Comparing used to new... Dealt with too many sellers that convienently leave out that it's cracked/gouged etc... until you pay in full and receive it or go to see it and it's a piece of junk that they think is gold...

lol yea, junkyards are great, pick what you want for $40
