Default Faded Bumpers

Anyone know how to revitalize faded bumpers? I also have spots along the top of the back bumper that are rough. Everything looks alright when its wet but when things dry it is no good.

since they are painted not a whole lot, try some rubbing compound, but I think you'll find they are beyond that and need to be repainted

A silicon based wax will help a little. Not going to cure the problem, but will give a little shine. Just if you use it and deside to repaint later, tell the body shop so they can prepair the surface from use of that product or the paint can have trouble sticking.
