Engine Shutoff issue 08 Grand Prix 3800 series

Hey gang I'm new today and have an issue. My sisters 2008 grand prix has a shut down issue. Message center displays "Reduced Engine Power" then very briefly displays "Electronic Throttle Control". Local dealership instructed to replace Secondary Air Injection Pump, the Air Injection Pump, and Electronic Throttle Assembly. Replaced all three in series each time problem remained, even after hard codes were erased. Code on ODB scan tool is 411. Shut down minutes after start still occurs. Any solutions that you may have to offer?

Are you still receiving the "Reduced Engine Power" and/or "Electronic Throttle Control" warnings? The vehicle may be disabled due to a malfunction with the electronic throttle control.

I encourage you to consult with a certified technician for additional assistance. They will be able to offer more information after inspecting the vehicle.

Thanks Louis! We did visit the local gm dealership and we were provided with the three "suggestions" listed above. We will check into the malfunction.
