dual climate control help

well my a/c has been messed up for a year now, heat worked perfectly this winter. Took it to a shop and the guy said my high side valve was stuck and I had no leaks, replaced that myself for $16 vs him doing it for $300 and refilled the refrigerant. No luck, and the old high side valve wasn't even stuck. Driver's side blows outside temperature air while passenger side blows hot air. I think the passenger blend door actuator is broken but I don't know what's up with the driver's side.

It was a bit chilly tonight (12 C in August) so I went to turn on my heat... now the driver side is blowing outside temperature air at me and the passenger side is blowing hot air. Temperature also doesn't change if I adjust it with the dual zone climate controls either. What gives?

I'm stumped and have limited knowledge about this. Care to help?

pulled the actuators today, manually changed the door flaps and that was it
