Kit comes with pre-installed bulbs. The bulb size is H3.

Could these replace the fogs on an 97-03 gp?

These lamps are a little small to directly replace the fog lamps of the 97-03 models. We sell other lamps for this purpose.

However you may be able to mount the BL-1038 in the grill area of the 97-03 models.
