I was thinking about buying some new headlights and taillights from your company, in till I was reading all the problems. You as a manufacture/suppler have NOT stepped up to the plate and fixed things that have come up as issues about your products.

Here is a thread about issues with your headlights: http://www.grandprixforums.net/dash-...ers-36998.html (dash-z projector owners)

You still have yet to respond and or fix the problems that where posted on here.

I just thought you would like to know, that as a person that does a little bit of research before buying a product I will Not be recommending or buying any of these items from you till the issue have been resolved.

    Thank You,
    Josh M.

x2... Was considering getting them with income tax money, but IF nothing is changed I will simply get new smoked crystals, clear corners and HIDs

never can seem to get a good solid product anymore, nobody seems to take pride in what they do, its all about the bottom line $$$

Isn't dash just a distributer of that style projector? Similar to how spyder auto is just a distributer for the spyder projectors.

They responded with this already. I'll assume 5 people got them by now.

They're just a distributor. The manufacturer, I am sure, is aware of the issue(s) by now. It's up to them. People keep buying them, so they'll keep selling them. It took a long-ass time for these to come out. It'll be a long time before a revision comes out.

I didn't get my problems fixed.

It doesn't matter if you're a distributor or the creator of the product. If you sell a product and offer a warranty on it, you must stand behind it and honor it. Period.

I dont care if they have anything to do with the product. the point is that they offered a warranty and will not fix the problems. I dont know even know if they fix the problems if I will be buying from them because who is to say that I get a set and the same thing happens to me then in screwed.

Sorry for the late reply, didn't touch base with you guys for a while, but I want to clarify that Dashzracing do stand behind our products, no matter we are importer, distributor, supplier, etc. As long as you bought the product from us, then we do stand behind the products.
I already start working out the problem with nawarkk & windycitygt, from what they describe the problems should be minor, I can ask the return department to mail them the replacement bulb to fix the issue. But I will finalize the solution after I got their reply with confirmation.
I will update you guys once everything got straight out.
Once again, thank you everyone for your opinion and advice, that does help Dashzracing to be a better company and a more responsible support vendor at grandprixforums.net. ^^

You mean the part number of the halogen H1 bulb or xenon H1 Bulb for HID kit? And you can go to dashzracing.com and search the part number and the item number is our part number.
Maybe you can let me know why you want the part number and see if I can help you out here.

Thanks all. I was about to buy from Dash Z. Not anymore. Any recommendations for replacement headlights besides Spyder?
