dash-z projector owners

has anybody had any issues with leds and halo's going out in their projectors

One of my LED's went out on one of the halos on the driver side headlight.. tried contacting them for a replacement and we emailed back and forth and then I didn't hear from them.. I've only had these things for not even 6 months..

I'm in the same boat then a lot of flickering then no leds then no halo's not even six for me also.

this is why i hesitate to get projectors naw. and hids.

Nope haven't heard from them in a while.. Sucks how I have a one year warranty but can't get a simple LED replaced..

I am so sorry about this late reply, recently I was too busy and didn't come back here to keep in touch with you guys that often as before. So, nawarkk & windycitygt, first I want to apologize for the halo and LED burn out, but those are replaceable, so we can get them fix by mailing you the replacement bulb.
Can you PM me your invoice number and contact info (such as email, phone number) and I will make sure our return rep call you asap and get everything confirm and they will ship out the replacement bulb.
Once again, I am sorry for the inconveniences we brought upon you on the products but Dashzracing does stand behind our products and we will fix them for you.

Im having same problems. I got 2 burnt out leds for the halos and i havnet even used them for 20 hrs of run time, mine only come on at night and have been on my car a month maybe 2. ive emailed about replacement bulbs but no answers back

i love how they send you the 1 dollar bulb for YOU to fix
