Dash Lights out and Tail Lights out on Pontiac Grand Prix 2002

Dash Lights out, Tail Lights out, door chime beeps real fast, daytime running lights out. All happened at the same time to my 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. Any help or suggestions would be fantastic. I'm at a loss. Thank you so much everyone!

This, to me, sounds like you have a fouled BCM. Unfortunately, the only way to know for sure without replacing is to get a tech II scan.
