Default Coming soon... braided fuel line kit!

Price should come in at under $100 shipped for either a DIY kit or a ready-to-install kit. At under $100 that is less expensive then all components from a place such as Jegs!

This kit will include enough hose to run the -6 hose from right underneath the car where the fuel lines bend and go back. This will allow easy installation of the tube to AN adapters.

Finalizing pricing and availability on this with our bulk distributor and posting this thread more as a gauging interest thread so I can see if this is actually in demand at all so I know what to keep in stock. Seems that every single member that has seen the AN setup on my cars always says something along the lines of "I wish mine was like that!".

    Kit includes:
10' of -6 AN braided stainless hose
    4x -6 straight fittings
    1x 3/8 tube to -6 adapter
    1x 5/16 tube to -6 adapter
1x 3/8 GM quick connect to -6 adapter

Interested in hearing more. Specially on the solution for the tube adapters. That's the biggest expense that I've come across.

Good news - fittings I'm using are rated for easily over 100psi and have been tested without failure to over 500psi. They were designed and built for fuel injected applications.

Pricing will almost definitely be under $100.

Hoses I'm using are double braided stainless and have been tested through independent ASTM laboratories to meet all SAE-30R7 standards.

"Our stainless braided hose products were designed for easier assembly by the end user, plus limited wire frays and spreads which occur after cutting. Our hoses are engineered to be dimensionally consistent and easier to assemble with re-usable fittings. The enhanced curing process of the hose uniformly applies the glue and adhesion of glue between the stainless braid and the CPE inner core. This dramatically reduces the frays and spreads associated with cut stainless braided hose products. Operating temperatures are from -40 degrees to +350 degrees F and deliver hydrocarbon and alcohol based fuels, motor oils and coolant."

Answer to my question was CPE. Chlorinated polyethylene.

    R7 is carb.

    R9 is injection.

Yet the manufacturer of the lines I believe you're using claims the lines are rated to 1500 PSI.

    Interesting.

Please excuse the dumb question, whoever, can this be done with stock fuel rails or would they have to be modified for the an fittings? Or am I just not clearly understanding the whole thing? Also what Colorado would the anodized fittings be?

I was thinking about getting all my stuff off Frozenboost but if you are cheaper that would be cool. I would like to do from the rail all the way to the fuel filter and the same with the return line.
