Get a photo Bucket accnt. It free. I am a big computer dummy and I use the photo bucket account to do all my posting

i signed up two days ago on photobucket and put some of the pics on there..... now how do i get them in this post i cant drag them in or copy and paste them .... idk what to do lol....... im a retart on the comp
