LOL, I just pressed "post" on a random thought thread about how is it I get a call at 5 and am working on the car by 8.

Glad to help out Al. Enjoy it and I gave Rich a heads up you are driving around looking to race a Comp G.

I wish I lived close to a knowledgeable gp mechanic. Don't get me wrong, my uncle and cousin are both good mechanics with good businesses, but when I talk about headers, porting my sc, or built trannys for my "family" car they look at me like I grew a third eyeball.

Haha I like breaking stuff as long as its not on my daily driver, which my gtp isn't.
I'm about a hour and a half from Indiana.

Well... 2003 SSEi is on his uh..4th transmission. He's trying to catch up to my record for most swaps in a year.

Blue...it's on purpose that I don't live close.
GTP in RTP... Hmmm not at the moment that I can think of.. my brain is booting up.

Matt... definately not working on that 3100.

Nothing poor about him. He broke my first built trans. Since then, I waited and waited for him to build it enough to destroy a trans. Warned him... he kept on going.

    ...?

Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.
