Thumbs up awesome thanks to dave norris

last sunday i went on a road trip from PA to ft. wayne, IN to have dave beef up my trans even more. we chatted and talked for a bit and he knew his stuff. he went above and beyond on building my trans up for my turbo setup. although it was a PITA to get to my trans since im running zzp's z7 kit, dave was determined to get everything right. he also pointed out my axle seized and needed replaced as well as my knuckle which he ordered new parts and installed them while he was down there. after everything was installed he also helped me tune the trans for how it should be set up and taught me a few things as well.

all in all, im glad i made the trip out there. took some time but i wasnt in a rush. dave gets both 2 thumbs up =)

How long did it take after all said and done? I am really thinking about having him build a tranny for me.

i honestly cant answer that straight-forwardly because my specs on what i wanted my trans to be is different from what others had work done with dave and even theirs would e different from another. its best to ask/contact dave personally and get a good idea on cost as well as what you want done.

Thanks again Freeman, especially for being patient while you were here! I hope the car is running well for you.

To answer the questions about pricing and time every car/job is different and as Freeman found out there are often obstacles along the way or more work than initially planned for and unfortunetly some things just arent thought about until I tear into the car and I do my best to point out any issues and express my concerns and offer to help out.
