I understand that there are many things beyond our control that disrupt our plans. The loss of a loved one is particularly painful and unsettling and I extend my sympathy to you and your family. However, I would very much appreciate your open communication with me regarding the lamp kit and intake I sent to you. I've sent you a few emails, made a number of phone calls to you and I haven't been able to receive a definite answer from you as to when you plan on reviewing the items.
I made it very clear that I expected a prompt review of the items. It has been almost a month and a half since you received them free-of-charge, and there is no sign of a review anywhere. If for any reason you were unable to complete the review, I expected you to let me know so that I could arrange it have them reviewed by someone else.
I planned to introduce some other products on this forum (freely making them available for review), but this bad experience has made me rethink my plans.
