93 Mold's 88 Random no start

For the past 3 years My car will randomly not start, It will do it hot or cold. Sometimes just turning the key on and off a few times will fix it, other times I have to pop the hood and beat the fuse/relay center under the hood and a few hard parts like the strut tower bar and it will start right up. There has been a few times this has happened and those things wont help to make it start just letting it sit a few minutes will. I have changed the ICM, I think it might need a CPS. 230+K on it
