I would sort of agree here. I know he was sworn to uphold the articles of law and to have the belief that everyone is innocent until proven guilty. But in this case............Its kind of a slamdunk for the PA to win. And you are right, with our glorious legal system, this POS will get 10 appeals and waste our precious tax dollars instead of taking it like a man and owning up to what he did.
Defense attorneys who are just out of the bar and that are not working for some big law firm, generally wind up with chitless cases like this. I feel for them, and I would NEVER want to walk a mile in their shoes. I wonder how sometimes they can sleep at night knowing these monsters are more guilty than innocent. Sure there are a few who are actually innocent, but this guy..........mmmmmmmmmmmmm NO
