Re: problem with R1 concepts brakes? Hummmm ok dumb question, but I know with mine, when I ride on the highway and I am up against the barrier wall I can hear the air in the drilled holes. Not sure if sounds like clicking, but I dont hear when I am out in the open but when I am up along side another car or a barrier wall or something I can hear that.
The only other thing I can think of would be tearing them completely down and then rechecking all bushings and clips that hold in the pads. And then regrease the edges of the pads that rest in the clips and regrease the pins as well that go into the calipers. Also check to make sure your rims arent possibly rubbing against the caliper, that is if you got the 12" brake upgrade and still have your stock 16" rims.
That's the best I can come up with. Sorry to hear you are having such a time with them.
