Since you got the oil pressure sender accessory, yours should work. But it can't use the stock oil pressure sender over the OBD2 bus. Not sure why since my stock oil pressure gauge works just fine. |
Gotcha, yeah the GP sender is only for the dummy light on the dash and it's a switch not a sensor.
The one they supply in their kit is just an aftermarked OP sensor for a 05 Vette and the associated harness. I opted to get the Delco part instead of aftermarket so it was a little more expensive but I'll feel better about it.
