Here are a few pics of some heads I am working on now. The exhaust ports are ported for the most port to what type of manifold/header combo you have. These are for pacesetter or Tog Extreme headers which have 1 3/4" primary tubes. Porting the exhaust port too much will hurt low end torque and also your header tube becomes a restriction so the large end of the port becomes a lazy airflow area. I have found over the year that keeping these sizes close to the exhaust helps out, keeping the outlet of the exhaust port smaller gives the airflow a lip to catch on for anti-reversion and helps with airflow velocity.
