3.5 inch outlet tips

for the people who are running these did you have to grind the bumper at all because the tips melted the plastic?

The 4 inch are the ones that are packed in

I purchased some of those and they didn't melt the plastic.

I took them to a body welder to install them and they look awesome. I say go for it. Makes me wonder how come GM didn't use those kinds and used ugly ones instead.

mismatched tires on that picture really piss me off.

We had to trim mine a bit because i wanted them pushed in more.

That was when i bought the rims.....
All 4 are exactly the same and brand new now -_-

Have had mine on for 3 years now with no issues.

So the outlet from the stock mufflers are 2.5"?

I ground off the 1/4" lip that surrounds the exhaust holes just to be sure. Took 4 minutes. It gives you an extra 1/2" for the tips to move around when you hit bumps and such.

2.25...when i had mine put on the shop had to make a little expanded adapter.
